Our Background

Our team of professionals at BAYLISS ESTATE SALES can set up a homestead where all goods are made available for sale to the public.  All items are appraised accurately and home is arranged strategically for easy and efficient access.  We provide massive ads to target estate sale patrons, both locally and nationally.

Generally, our estate sales are a two - four week process of preparation, advertising and promotion.  Then over the course of a weekend we liquidate the entire contents of the residence at one of our "on-site" Estate Liquidation Sales.   We make a complicated process look easy.
